1Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the registered user (hereinafter "Player", "User", "You"), and abd7 (hereinafter "abd7", "the Platform", "We", "Us"), which operates the online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://abd7.io and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces (collectively "the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with abd7's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

Abd7 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, players will be notified via the registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. Abd7 employs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures and may request government-issued identification, proof of address, or other documentation to confirm your age and identity at any time.

2.2 Account Registration

To access betting and gaming services on abd7, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information throughout the duration of your account. Abd7 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account where false or misleading information has been provided.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, abd7 will close all but the first registered account, void any bonus credits applied to duplicate accounts, and may forfeit balances associated with duplicate accounts.

2.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions

It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. Abd7 makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or legally available in any particular location outside of its supported markets. Players accessing the Platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and acknowledge that abd7 bears no liability for any consequences arising therefrom.

3Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. Abd7 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available at no charge from the account security settings panel.

You agree to notify abd7 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, any disclosure of your login credentials, or any other security breach affecting your account. Abd7 will investigate all reported security incidents but cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

Abd7 reserves the right to suspend or lock any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. During any suspension period, the Player will be unable to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. Abd7 will communicate the reason for suspension to the registered email address within 48 hours of the suspension being applied, subject to applicable fraud investigation protocols.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Abd7 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and Indian Rupees (INR). Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Available payment methods may change without prior notice; the current list of accepted methods is always displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your account.

4.2 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT per transaction.
• All BDT deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the account balance instantly.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to be reflected in your account balance.
• Abd7 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. The name on the payment account must match the name on your abd7 account exactly.
• Abd7 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Abd7 reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits at the platform level and at the individual account level.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to KYC-verified accounts within 1–4 hours of request submission.
• Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may experience delays of up to 72 hours on withdrawal processing pending document review.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Abd7 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any withdrawal exceeding ৳50,000 BDT.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Abd7 may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation where fraud, bonus abuse, or suspicious account activity is suspected.

4.4 Currency

BDT and INR wallet balances are maintained independently within the same account. No cross-currency conversion is applied automatically. Players are responsible for selecting the correct currency wallet when placing bets and requesting withdrawals. Abd7 is not responsible for losses arising from a Player selecting the incorrect currency wallet.

5Bonuses and Promotions

Abd7 offers promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside the offer at the time of claiming, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been completed.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired unclaimed bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Abd7 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's account at any time unless the promotion terms explicitly permit stacking.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Abd7 takes bonus abuse seriously. Activities including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using arbitrage strategies to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, and coordinated bonus exploitation among groups of players will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure. Abd7's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

6Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on abd7 are final once confirmed by the Platform. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of every bet selection, stake amount, and market before confirming. Abd7 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except in the specific circumstances set out in sections 6.2 and 6.3 below.

6.2 Void Bets

Abd7 reserves the right to void any bet where: the odds were published in error due to a technical fault; the event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without being completed within the time period specified in the relevant sport's rules; or where the outcome of an event has been manipulated or is under official investigation for match-fixing. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the Player's account balance in full.

6.3 Maximum Winnings

Abd7 applies maximum single-event payout limits, which vary by sport, market, and event significance. Current limits are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement. Abd7 reserves the right to limit stakes, reduce maximum payout limits, or restrict access to specific markets for any individual account without providing a reason, subject to applicable regulatory obligations.

6.4 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension and re-opening at any time during an event. Bets placed during a market suspension will be rejected and the stake returned. Abd7 uses automated systems to manage live market availability; temporary outages in live data feeds may cause brief market unavailability for which abd7 accepts no liability.

6.5 Casino and Game Rules

Casino games, live dealer tables, slots, and fishing games are provided by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Habanero, and Spribe. Each game operates under the rules published by its provider. In the event of any discrepancy between a game result and its display on the abd7 interface, the result recorded in the provider's system shall be considered final and authoritative.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the abd7 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one account to exploit bonuses, circumvent account restrictions, or for any other purpose.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any artificial intelligence system to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting price differences between abd7 and other operators to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Match fixing and inside information: Placing bets based on non-public information or as part of any arrangement to fix the outcome of an event.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players at live casino tables or in any game format to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform for the purpose of laundering funds derived from illegal activities. All suspicious transactions are reported to relevant authorities.
• Identity fraud: Registering using a false identity, using another person's payment account, or providing forged documentation during KYC review.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been used for betting activity.
• Harassment: Using the Platform's communication channels to harass, threaten, or abuse abd7 staff or other players.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the abd7 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of abd7 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express written consent of abd7. Unauthorised use of Platform content will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

9Privacy and Data

Abd7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms.

Abd7 uses 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform pages and payment transactions. Personal data is never sold to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, KYC verification services, and game providers to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable regulatory obligations.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abd7 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.

Abd7 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure outages, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. Abd7 will use reasonable commercial efforts to restore service as quickly as possible but accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude abd7's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11Responsible Gaming

Abd7 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintains a suite of player-protection tools accessible from the account dashboard at all times. These include voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cool-off periods (24 hours to 90 days), and permanent self-exclusion options.

Players who believe their gambling is no longer within their control are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion facility, which can be activated instantly from the Responsible Gaming section of the account settings. Once activated, a self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the period selected. Abd7 will use reasonable technical measures to enforce the exclusion across its Platform.

12Amendments and Termination

Minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required by law, may be made without prior notice. 12.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting the abd7 support team via live chat. Upon receiving a closure request, abd7 will process any pending withdrawal of available balances (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) within 5 business days and confirm account closure via the registered email address.

12.3 Termination by abd7

Abd7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where the Player has breached these Terms, provided false information during registration or KYC, or engaged in any conduct that abd7 reasonably believes poses a risk to the Platform, other players, or the integrity of sporting events. Upon closure for breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited in accordance with the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 7.

13Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Abd7 operates across multiple jurisdictions in South Asia and endeavours to comply with the legal requirements of each market it serves. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with local laws in their country of residence.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and abd7, the Player should first contact the abd7 support team via live chat or email to seek an informal resolution. Abd7 will use reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes within 14 calendar days of receiving a formal complaint. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures set out in the dispute resolution supplement published on the Platform.

Abd7's decisions on bet settlements, account closures, and bonus assessments are final unless a material calculation error or system fault can be demonstrated by the Player. Decisions based on the application of these Terms to established facts are not subject to external appeal.
